35 year male patient with similar findings since 4 months . Clinicall mild responsive to steroids. Now with facilal LMN type palsy.
Finding are diffuse gyral diffusion restriction
Few cystic spaces in sulci
He had mycotic aneurysm with SAH
7th and 8th nerve thickening on left side

Please provide differentials

    Images are not clear
    Gyriform restriction possible encephalitis
    Cause to be identified
    csf analysis will help

    Another possibility is did patient had cardiac arrest ?
