Lv apical clot cardiomegaly bl ggo ,bl effusion and fisural edema
FD- Dilated right heart chambers. Left ventricle capacity reduced with wall hypertrophy and increased wall enhancement- hypertrophy/restrictive cardiomyopathy. Endoluminal hypodensity in left ventricle, likely circumferential thrombus. Dilated pulm arteries. Right lung central consolidation. CHF secondary to left heart failure with pulm HTN, pulm edema, consolidation, effusion collpase.
