Benign, mineralised lesion with a lucent halo. It is self-limiting and usually incidental unless infected.
• Multiple expansile sclerotic lesions with adjacent lucency centred on the tooth apices.
• It is the only lytic and sclerotic lesion in this location.
• Bilateral and symmetrical.
